The economic war on ISIS: Washington Post US propaganda

ISIS enjoyed tremendous oil economy...until the Russians arrived into Syria. For the whole time when the US had free control of the skies, it barely caused a dent of damage. It is indubitable that the oil economy of ISIS, and the destruction of the fuel trucks, was in fact caused by Russian bombing and not US bombing.
