"a pro-regime village": how Saudi and Qatari media--and even some Western media--pave the way for war crimes

Look at this headline in Al-Hayat, the mouthpiece of Prince Khalid bin Sultan: "Opposition conquers a pro-regime village in Idlib".  First, notice that the Jihadi Bin Ladenite armed groups are referred to as "opposition".  They almost said: peaceful protesters conquers the village.  I am sure that Liz Sly would have phrased it thus.  Also, what is a "pro-regime village"? It means that all women and children and elderly in the village are Shabbihah and their murder is justified?
