the Syrian defector photographer is a credible man: what he says is accurate

"but I am here to tell you there is more than 150,000 people still incarcerated in the jails of Bashar al Assad ".  Even Syrian opposition groups and armed rebels put the estimate as less than a third of this figure by the defector--as big as the figure is anyway.  But who cares about truth and numbers when it comes to enemies of the US? Who?
