So why does Russia oppose US foreign policies? Ask Anne Barnard

"Russia’s long-stated aversion to international interference on human rights issues".  So what you are saying, Ms. Barnard, is that US interferences in international affairs is purely for upholding human rights issue? Is that why the US hits hard on Gulf regimes?  Please explain in an essay.
