Hizbullah versus Israel

Israel does not want to make a big deal of it but Hizbullah responded to Israeli attack on Lebanon on three different occasions already: twice on the Golan front and once in Shib`a farms.  Israel does not want to admit that Hizbullah has successfully managed to impose a policy of deterrence on Israel for the first time since the 1948 occupation of Palestine.
