Petty jingoistic American (and Western) media coverage of Sochi

I can't wait for the next time an Olympic game is held in the US: I will just mimic American media coverage of Sochi games which was criticized before the game even started.  All US media (form the liberal to the far right conservative) are obsessing with every little misstep and error and fumble to immaturely score points against the Russian government.  Soviet news coverage of the US was even more sophisticated.  And the most hilarious part of all this are the stories about (utterly alleged) hacking by Russian government when US global espionage has been proven and documented.  Don't you like when American journalists feign outrage at foreign governments' intrusion into their privacy? Where was your outrage when Snowden divulged the secrets?
