Secret PA-Israeli negotiations

Make no mistake about it: it was the PA that requested, nay insisted, that all matters related to its negotiations with Israel be kept secret in order to keep the Palestinians uninformed about its major concessions to the Israeli enemy.  Those concessions cover all aspects of the negotiations.
