reporting on sex crimes in Lebanon

Sex crimes in Lebanon are only reported if the perpetrators are Syrians.  There is such utter racism against Syrians in Lebanon, by all sides and in all regions, no matter whether they are March 14 or March 8.  In South Lebanon as in Druze areas as in Mount Lebanon, there are curfews imposed on Syrian refugees and they are blatant in their racism.  There is not much coverage and no outrage regarding this racism.  March 14 view the refugees as spies for the Syrian regime, while March 8 view the refugees as spies for the armed groups in Syria.
