An Israeli newspaper on why Israel is behind the assassinatin of Hassan Laqqis

"Sunni Islamists tend to make their attacks messier and use bombs that tend to kill innocent bystanders." This about the terrorist state of Israel which has killed its enemies by car bombs, missiles from the air (like the one that killed Abbas Musawi and his wife and child), or bombing (or flattening of an apartment building) by F-16s.   This is a state that spares the lives of innocent bystanders? I know the paper is directed to readers in English but they are not that ignorant--well, maybe in the US they are.
