`Ashura'

The commemoration of `Ashura' by itself is not sectarian.  However, the loud and public and expressions of the commemoration as of late in Lebanon and Iraq (compared to the low-key commemoration in my childhood) is a sign of sectarian pride.  Of course, during my years of childhood the Shi`ites were not free to express their religious sentiments but still.
