The war over A`zaz in the north

Regarding the war between the Bin Ladenite ISIS and Norther Storm Brigade (the latter being identified as "pro-Western and moderate" in the US media.  In fact, the ISIS could not find inroad if it was not for the rule of thuggery, criminality, kidnapping, and theft that the Northern Storm had established there.  This is very much like the rise of Taliban in Afghanistan in the early 1990s: Mullah Omar took advantage of the thuggery of the rule of the war lords to launch his movement.
