The press releases and reports by Human Rights Watch office in Beirut are but an anthology of propaganda literature of March 14. They still act as if in Syria there is no civil war between two sides who violate human rights on daily basis and who commit war crimes on daily bases.  They still act as if in Syria there are massive demonstrations being put down violently by the regime, and there is a pretension that there are no armed groups in Syria whatsoever.
