Dialogue according to the Syrian regime

I swear I read this in As-Safir: the lousy Syrian regime expressed willingness to engage in dialogue with the likes of `Abdul-`Aziz Al-Khayyir, while the man is languishing in the prison of the Syrian air force intelligence.   No dialogue with the Syrian regime, by my book.
