Israeli governmet propaganda tour for Western press

So the Israeli government arranged for a propaganda tour for the press to a government building.  The New York Times not only published a long article about the government arranged tour but felt the need to inform the readers of the kindness of the Israeli government tour guides:  "No one was blindfolded."
