Zionists for the Asad regime: the case of Henry Kissinger

I told folks on Twitter yesterday that this sentence in the long article by Henry Kissinger sums up the Zionist argument in favor of the preservation of the regime:  "The collapse of the state may turn its territory into a base for terrorism or arms supply against neighbors who, in the absence of any central authority, will have no means to counteract them."  The funny thing is that the Syrian regime TV was yesterday reading long excerpts from the article.
