International Criminal Court

International Criminal Court acts like Lebanese courts.  In Lebanon, the government orders, and the courts proceed.  The government orders, and the proceedings are halted suddenly and files are shelved and cases discarded.  Similarly, the US government orders, and the ICC prosecutor screams and yells.  And yet when he is so orders, he shuts up.  What a joke.  I now prefer the International Court of Justice: it has no teeth but at least it ruled against the US in the Nicaragua versus the US in the 1980s.
