absurdity of propaganda on Syria

The other day, the anchor for al-Arabiyya (the news station of King Fahd's brother-in-law) interviewed an inside source in Syria about the latest developments.  He told her: the regime troops shot indiscriminately and intensively against a demonstration by no one was hurt.  Al-Quds Al-Arabi (Qatari-supported) carried this headline a few days ago: the regime resorts to bombing from helicopters for the first time.  But I read similar headlines SEVERAL TIMES in the same newspaper over the months.  This is like the mouthpiece of Prince Salman, Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat: once a week at least it carries this headline: the Syrian revolution finally reaches Damascus.
