Thomas Friedman

Thomas Friedman, the shallow columnist, said in his last column that King Abdullah bin PlaySation donated a building to the business complex mentioned in the article.  A Jordan expert corrected:  "As for the new business complex in Amman. King Abdullah sold it to Baha' al-Hariri and pocketed a $50 million in commission on the deal but since then Hariri sold it off and work had stopped for years there, though some buildings are now being finished. For a while, the entire area (stateland of course) came to be known as the Hariri Republic."
