Who among the members of Congress refused to meet with AIPAC delegations?

Payne of New Jersey, who died Monday; the office vacated by Representative Gabrielle Giffords, the Arizona Democrat recovering from an assassination attempt; and a lawmaker Aipac officials would not name.)"  So basically, one is dead, and another was shot, and Kucinich lost the primary election.  So basically, two really refused to meet with them.  Maybe one of them was on life support too.
