Qatar: "a horse domesticated by America"

The brilliant Tunisian scholar, Hichem Djait (whose books I strongly recommend especially l'Europe et l'islam despite my political disagreements with him especially when he supported Saddam in 1990), talks to a Moroccan paper.  He says: "Qatar is An-Nahda Party, which in turn is America's party, as Qatar is no more than a horse domesticated by America".
