Liberation malfunction

Why the Afghans are so upset.  I mean, sure their country is occupied, and the US manages to kill civilians monthly, and there was a video of US troops urinating on dead Afghans, and then the accidental incineration of the Qur'an copies, and now the shooting of women and children, but all that should be understood as liberation malfunction.  It happens.
