In her book "No Higher Honor" (p. 484), Ms. Rice makes it clear: Fu'ad Sanyurah's seven-points plan clearly and unreservedly reflected Israeli demands and Rice even made it clear that Sanyurah opposed an immediate cease-fire (unlike the French foreign minister--and Rice was furious). This explains why I treat and perceive Sanyurah very much like French people treat and perceive Nazi collaborators.
