US and Syrian Salafites: a new honeymoon

March 14 figures in Lebanon arrange for meetings between US officials and Syrian Salafites.  Why do I sense that the US, which had midwifed the birth of the Al-Qa`idah during the war against communism in Afghanistan, is about to midwife several Al-Qa`idah-like gangs and organizations in Libya and Syria and elsewhere in the region.  The mouthpiece of Prince Salman and his sons, Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat, reveals this which tells me that Saudi Arabia was involved.
