It always amuses me how much Israelis wish to downplay or belittle the extent to which the Zionist entity is hated, despised, and detested. In haaretz someone wrote a eulogy o Kamal Salibi. It said that Salibi was not a "sworn enemy of Israel or Zionism". Typical wishful thinking from an occupation racist enemy that doesnt want to believe how much it is hated. In august of 2010 Salibi told Al-Mustaqbal Al-Arabi journal that Israel is "racist shop that will be closed down sooner or later". But maybe it is in our interest, those of us who are eager to witness the demise of the Zionist apartheid regime all over Palestine, that it belittles the intensity of its rejection by all neighbors.
