For some reason the US embassy in Lebanon has circulated this

They have issued a warning to Americans in Lebanon and added information on Hizbullah's history. Do you all smell a conspiracy here? A clumsy one at that? The release says:  "U.S. citizens have been the target of numerous terrorist attacks in Lebanon in the past, and the threat of anti-Western terrorist activity continues to exist in Lebanon."  Why now?  Why did you remember this now?
