I was looking at the fall schedule of this outfit. Not surprising really but the extent to which they devote their programs to propaganda on behalf of Israel is just amazing. Where else would you see a lecture titled "Israel and what it Offers the World." This is like having a lecture titled: What Apartheid South Africa gave to Humanity" or Hitler's contribution to the advancement of the human race." Also, who would pay a penny to hear Elie Wiesel talk, on any subject? Forget about politics, but this guy is more boring and uninsightful than any other living human. It is also comical when he is introduced as a "philosopher." Usually, his philosophical nuggets go something like this: Oh, oh (and more sighing), oh. We need more understanding. And by the way, Israeli war crimes are really minimal. Israel needs to kill more Palestinian women and children." Wiesel, like the US Congress and all American Zionists, has never encountered an Israeli massacre that he did not endorse wholeheartedly.
