Hariri tribunal

Hasan `Ullayq is a skilled investigative reporter for Al-Akhbar.  He wrote a concise critique of the Hariri indictment.  And why does the indictment have to mention that Mustafa Badr Ad-Din is related to `Imad Mughniyyah?  Again, for an international court, it resorts to language and methods that would be deemed unacceptable and unprofessional even in a US traffic court.
