Feltman in Al-Ahram newspaper

How much Egypt has changed in a few months.  Feltman was interviewed in Al-Ahram newspaper and his name did not appear in the headline.  Feltman, of course, managed to vomit more than one lie: he claimed that the resignation of the AID official in Cairo was "ordinary".  He said that US does not provide some Egyptian parties with cash but that it merely offers "training opportunities and construction of capabilities". Please ask Feltman: is this like the kind of help that US had given to the right-wing death squads in Lebanon during the civil war?
