French colonial power

France is so nostalgic to its colonial past.  French foreign minister said that Qadhdahfi can stay in Libya if he surrenders power.  You think that after all the blood that was spilled by Libyans to topple the regime, they would want Qadhdhafi to stay in Libya without being forced to pay for his crimes?
