Why would you expect Nicholas Kristof to be any different: it is Gene Sharp again

"Sharp’s guide to toppling despots has been translated into 34 languages so far and was widely circulated in Egypt last year in Arabic."  I like "widely circulated in Egypt last year".  The reason why it has been translated into all those languages is not because people around the world have been clamoring for the writings of someone that no one has heard of but because some one in US is funding those translations into 34 languages.  "Someone" has translated into Arabic and many other languages the writings of many US bigots against Islam, for example.
