Human Rights Watch praises Sa`d Hariri

In a statement on the brutal treatment of prisoners by Lebanese Army and Internal Security Forces, Human Rights Watch finally issues a statement and then remembers to say this:  "Following the end of the riot on April 6 the caretaker prime minister, Saad Hariri, met with the justice and interior ministers as well as judicial officials to release plans to improve conditions in prisons across Lebanon, including building two new prisons, one in the northern part of the country and the other in the South."  Hariri (father and son) have ruled Lebanon for much of the last two decades and yet Hariri is the hero here.
