A source that I can't identify sent me this from Bahrain: "do not quote
Got home half an hour before the attack. I'm in absolute shock. Four confirmed dead, and hundreds injured, with around 100 army tanks on the street, they are raiding homes and arresting people. There was no warning before that attack and they did it Israeli-style, attacking at 3am while half the people were asleep and the other half chilling out. The mercenaries that they use have been trained in one policy : shoot-to-kill. The King and his government have blood on their hands. The US and the international community has blood on their hands, because they gave the green light for this to happen.
Aljazeera left us to get slaughtered. If we had a live satellite link up they wouldn't have dared do this. Shame on Hamad bin Khalifa and the double-standards."
