Saudi propaganda machine is fabricating Wikileaks to attack Aljazeera

I have been seeing this in the last week in Mubarak and Saudi media.  They are alleging that there is a Wikileak that reveals a secret Israeli-Qatari agreement to undermine the stability of Egypt.  This one is from the Saudi sleaze website, Elaph.  Let me tell you this: Ba`thist propaganda is sophisticated if you compare it to the propaganda of the House of Saud.
