Comrade Amer wrote this on Facebook: "After the dust settles, and the current revolutions sweep all the culturalist stereotypes that were used to explain the Middle East for the last 20 years; students of the region in the West will have decades' worth of material and texts to critique and ridicule and write dissertations about; it will be a fun career."
