Noah Feldman

The last I needed is for Noah Feldman to write about Beirut.  I had written about this man before: someone who said before congress that people in the Middle East don't often act rationally.   Look what he said here in the Wall Street Journal:  "Hezbollah provoked Israel into a war by crossing the border to kidnap two Israeli soldiers."  I guess that French resistance also provoked Hitler by running a campaign of assassinations that targeted not only Nazi collaborators but often their wives and children.  (thanks Rayan)
