what is missing?

So an Israeli propaganda newspaper, yediot ahronot, "reveals" that the indictment by the Hariri special tribunal will name `Imad Mughniyyah, Asaf Shawkat of Syria's military intelligence, and Iranian general, Qasim Sulaymani.  What is missing? Why not add a name from North Korea, another from Venezuela, and some names from Mozambique?  yeah, why not?
