The President whose term has expired

Since January, New TV in Lebanon has consistently referred to Abu Mazen as "the president of PA whose term has expired." It is really amusing when the Western governments feign adherence to legality and political processes--except when it is better for their interests and the interest of Israel to cancel or ignore legality and the political process.
