Did you know that Sheikh Mo dispenses media awards? He does. And the winner of the "best columnist" category was the Lebanese columnist, Samir `Atallah (shown to the right in the whtie suit). He writes a weekly column for An-Nahar and a daily column for the mouthpiece of Prince Salman bin `Abdul-`Aziz (Asharq Al-Awsat). It is not clear which particular column won `Atallah that honor: I mean he writes regularly in praise of oil princes and is notorious for prostrating himself before every wealthy person but I suspect that his column in praise of Prince Muqrin bin `Abdul-`Aziz (the head of Saudi foreign intelligence service) really earned him respect among the oil princes and Shuyukh.
