US Taxpayers' money to Bin Ladenites in North Lebanon

It seems that US AID money went to the Muftitititi in Lebanon. His local Muftitititi in `Akkar, Usamah Ar-Rifa`i, is a well-known Bin Ladenite who (allegedly) recruited fighters for Zarqawi in Iraq. And this project (which received US money) is run by none other than Rif`ai. It would not be the first time that US money went to fanatical Bin Ladenite groups. (thanks Mirvat)
