This one was set up by Gulf oil money and run by right-wing Lebanese who selected Haddad who is the cultural editor of An-Nahar--the right-wing, sectarian Christian, anti-Syrain (people), anti-Palestinian (people) newspaper (and its cultural section is considered the most mediocre of all Lebanese newspapers). But I give credit to Joumana Haddad: she compensates for her lack of talent by an unusually obsessive campaigns of self-promotion and PR extravaganzas. Look at the entry on her at Wikipedia: it is clear that she provided the info and the picture. Those self-promoting articles about her don't tell you that she is being sued by a writer from An-Nahar itself, Maher Sharaf Ad-Din, who edits a far better literary magazine and who accuses Haddad of stealing the idea and title of Jasad from him.
