$1 billion for Muhammad Dahlan. Notice that people on the left and the right cites Dennis Ross. This is a man with no expertise in the Middle East, and a man whose bias for Israeli occupation has been clear from the very beginning. "Then there’s the Middle East. Dennis Ross, the longtime Middle East peace negotiator, says he has been frustrated “beyond belief” to see resources showered on the military while diplomacy has to fight for scraps. Mr. Ross argues that an investment of just $1 billion — financing job creation and other grass-roots programs in the West Bank — could significantly increase the prospect of an Israeli-Palestinian peace. But that money isn’t forthcoming." And notice that Ross only spoke about the West Bank. So you know what he is trying to say, don't you? He is saying we need to give $1 billion to...MUHAMMAD DAHLAN.
