Amnesty International just came up with yet another wishy washy report: it basically blames Israel AND Lebanon for Israel's war on Lebanon. It blamed the Lebanese for not being more welcoming of Israeli bombs and missiles. Amnesty should write a report on the French colonization in Algeria: and it would blame both occupiers and occupied. Amnesty International (and Human Rights Watch) are "fair and balanced"--just like Fox News.
