I watched a speech by Mu`ammar Al-Qadhdhafi. He was quite critical of the US and the West and of the Arab rulers who are subservient to the US. Of course, he also said some other incomprehensible things that he always manages to say in his speeches. But I reached this conclusion: this new puppet was disappointed by what he was offered by the US for being a puppet. He was expecting a better reward. But I think that he will remain a puppet.
