`Abdul-`Aziz Al-Hakim (the spiritual guide of the sectarian Badr militia which, among other things, has terrorized the Palestinians in Iraq) was in Washington, DC. His militia has been armed, financed, and trained by the Iranian regime. He said that he needs the American (and Macedonian) occupation soldiers to stay in Iraq. Of course, he does. They keep him in power, and allow his militia to roam the streets freely.
