A Qatari newspaper (Ar-Rayah) yesterday printed an item about a cleaning campaign in some district in Doha. A govt official was presnt to see off 200 "volunteers" who decided to clean up the city. According to the newspaper account (without even commenting on the significance or meaning), all 200 "volunteers" were Sri Lankans.
