Well. The course of events in Lebanon is now clearer. The next step is this. Now that the Lebanese government has officially asked for an international tribunal for the Hariri assassination (although the international investigation continues and may take up to 2 years according to Detlev Hariri), the Lebanese government, I predict, will then call on the UNSC to send international troops to Lebanon. Walid Jumblat will be the first and loudest voice in this regard. Of course, knowing the Lebanonese, they will insist that the troops be assembled from white European countries. And when that occurs, Hizbullah, which suffers from an acute case of naivite and misreading of the international situation, will express astonishment and amazement.
