The Forgotten Palestinians of Lebanon. All Lebanese sects, all Lebanese militias, all Lebanese politicians, left, right, and center, Muslims and Christians, have exploited the Palestinian people in Lebanon. Now they are ready to discard them, to leave them defenseless in a sea of Lebanese hostilities and unending Israeli assaults on Lebanon and its refugees. I don't understand. Were the Palestinian people not given international assurances about their safety days, DAYS, prior to the Sabra and Shatila massacres? Maybe all the Lebanese people should be made to visit the camps, and be forced to listen to accounts of survivors. And you call that place a "homeland"? A casino/brothel/restaurant, but a "homeland"?
