"The Neocons' Unabashed Reversal" (I must say that I hate the references to neo-conservatives in the Arab media. Some talk about the movement in anti-Jewish terms, as if the ills of US foreign policy should only be blamed on a handful of neo-conservatives--this was how Yasir `Arafat (who has not been able to transfer millions to Suha `Arafat as of late) talked about the movement. And Jihad Al-Khazen of Al-Hayat writes series of articles about them. Cheney (and Bush who I read spends 2 hours a day on video games these days) are responsible (and should be blamed) for US foreign policy and wars, even if they decide to favor the views of neo-conservatives. I have also said in the Arabic press that Christian fundamentalists in the US have also played an instrumental role in US foreign policy, but that role is often obscured with the redundant references to a "neo-conservative conspiracy." And this is not to minimize their influence of course.)
