Injured soldiers in the Middle East

To justify their repressions and murders, Middle East governments always inflate the number of injured soldiers during confrontations with soldiers. Did you see the Algerian government making claims that some 400 of their soldiers have been injured?  Of course, they are borrowing those tactics from the war criminal Israeli terrorist army.  Typically, Israeli terrorist government counts all those soldiers who witnessed fire or who heard explosions as injured and suffering from "shock."  I am not making this up but Isabel Kershner won't report that because this will conflict with her propaganda obligations toward the Israeli government.
