NPR's Ruth Sherlock whitewashes Al-Qa`idah

Ruth Sherlock does what most Western correspondents in Beirut are doing: they are promoting the agenda of Al-Qa`idah. Look at this: "And these rebels - some of them are connected to al-Qaida.".  Some of them? Some of them? All of those rebels were fighting under the banner of Al-Qa`idah.  You may say that there were Saraya Ahl-Ash-Sham rebels there but they were not part of the battle and had a settlement reached with Hizbullah before the battle even started.
